I'm going to be upfront, this is one of the better deviations I decided to critique. The shading is indeed very eye catching and the anatomy is mostly sufficient for what it is.
But I do spot a few things that could be fixed here. First, the neck. By that, I mean it's too thin to support her head. Necks usually go from slightly away from her chin (To the left is the case here) to the back of her head. In this case, her head isn't supported adequately. I have this problem myself, so you can rant on me not having the right to talk.
Also, the arm warmer (I don't know what they're called) physics. If something relatively loose at the end is stuck up in the air like Miku's doing with her hand, it would droop down, not stick up in the air with it, covering part of her hand.
Speaking of hands, I noticed what looks like a missing finger on her hand. You can argue that the finger is hidden in the arm warmer things, but the space between the ring finger and the end of the cloth allows room for that missing finger to show.
Also, this is more a pet peeve if anything, but tone down the luminosity tool, especially in her hair and shirt. I did look through your gallery, and this was fixed, but I just don't thing eye burning shininess is good for anything.
And on a final note, this is more about originality than anything. I have seen a concept like this done so many times, in so many different ways and styles, so I'd have to dock a few points from that.
